Hi,
in my usg40 I have in "firmware status":
1) running V4.39 (AALA.0)
2) standby V4.62 (AALA.0)
how can i start the updated firmware (4.62) without losing the configuration?

    First save your config.

Upload V4.62 to slot 2 again then say yes to reboot and your config will update with the new firmware.

    Hi @antonellobellisario

If you don’t want to lose V4.39 configuration which you are running now.

You may refer to the below methods:

    Method1.

STEP1. Download V4.39 startup-config file for backup purpose.

STEP2. Switch to standby partition and reboot device.

STEP3. Upload startup-config and apply it.

    Method 2.

STEP1. Download V4.39 startup-config file for backup purpose.

STEP2. Update V4.62 firmware to this running partition.

    Thanks.
