License Activation

I activated the USG310 Content Filter on the portal. It shows as unlinked. When I try to link it to one of my devices, I get the error "There is no compatible product". I have several USG310 devices registered so why can't I link it? Previous license was the bundle that came when I purchased product.

Thanks I look into your PM.
The issue looks like your firmware on USG310 is too old.
With newest firmware we have a new Content Filter engine, and you can pnly link license if your firmware support it.
So please bring your USG310 to 4.62 level, then linking should work.

Yes, I had the same issue, updating ZyWALL's firmware solves the issue. I think that's because some UTM services' suppliers were changed.Best regards0
