    YES, on FW 4.35. And rebooting doesn't solve anything. In fact the reboot does not work. After rebooting I had to unplug the device. And this morning, I have once again the same message.

    I have disactivated all authentification rules and the USG sees to be back to normal.

    Finally, it seems that the problem comes from FQDN groups for which I created security rules. After disactivating these rules, the message ERROR ZYXEL SERVICE IS TERMINATED does not appear and CPU is back to normal.

    iv got the same problem now on my zywall310. restart is not working

    Hi @AntonProf

    Which firmware is working on your device?

    Can you upgrade to 4.38 firmware first and check if it help in your case ?
