USG20W-VPN - close ports

Hi there, I am trying to harden the USG20W-VPN by closing all ports so that none are visible from internet. I have carried out an map scan but some basic ports are still showing and I can't find where to close them.
Note: I have disabled FTP in the 'System...FTP' panel but it keeps enabling itself.
