    Hello

my sbg3600 doesn't see a new lte card

the firmware update generates an ID error, but I don't think it's necessary

can I instead have the latest lte firmware?

    What is your current router and LTE firmware?

    You may take a screenshot on the LTE Statistics page (System Monitor > LTE Statistics).

    here there are fw versions of router and lte module

    lte fw : alt3100_04_05_06_10_b8_lo

    sbg 3600fw: v1.00(aaze.9)

    Hello, please can you private message me a link to the latest LTE firmware for the SB3600 please. 

    Can you also confirm whether this model will support VPN client. I want to take this model with me abroad where there is internet filtering.

    This is what I have now:

    Current Firmware Version: V1.00(AAKO.9)

    Current WWAN Package Version: 1.15

    Current LTE Firmware Version: ALT3100_05_00_02_00_81_MS

    Hello.

    can you please send me the latest LTE firmware, please?


    Currently I have ALT3100_05_00_02_00_81_MS  and V1.00(AAKO.9). When I updated the router firmware to V1.00(AAKO.9), LTE signal strength is reported to bee very poor. (one bar instead of 4-5 bars).
