VES1724-56 Randomly reset/reboot

Hi All,

Can anyone know what is this error?

Please see the photo below with yellow underline.


After that error the device reboot/reset.

    Hi Marke,

    It seems queue insert related but I am not sure....
    What is your VES1724-56 FW version?
    how often does it occur?

    Sometimes 2 - 3 times a day.

    Hi Marke,

    Does the device provided by ISP? 
    Seems it happen frequently, maybe you could try the latest version (13C0) first.
    and contact with your ISP if it still has random reboot with 13C0.

    Hi Nikki,

    The device is connected directly to our manageable switch. Every reboot/reset of the device has a log in our SNMP server.

    We have 2 units of VES1724-56, connected in different site. The other one doesn't have any reboot/reset problem encounter.

    We used the VES1724-56 to connect the remote sites using VMG1312-B10B.

    Hi Marke,

    Does the reboot still happen on 13C0 frequently?
    As you mentioned, another VES1724-56 didn't encounter this issue. Maybe you could check if the scenario/ service have any different or any special packet cause device reboot.
