I have six new VPN100 units that we were able to add to the SDWAN orchestrator.  Three of them are showing version 10.03 but the other three are showing version 4.39 and giving the option to upgrade.  When we select the upgrade option, the circle spin indefinitely and now upgrades are made.

The units that ARE 10.03 are not serving up DHCP addresses.

    Hi @MartyWalter
Do you mean that those VPN100 upgraded from 10.03 to 4.39(3 devices) has DHCP service problem after upgrading? Are all those 3 devices have the same symptom?

No, it was the other way around.

We worked with ZyXEL HQ to figure out this problem.  Turns out there were two issues.

    1.  Three units would not upgrade FROM 4.39 TO 10.03.  We had to manually upgrade those three units.

    2.  When setting a DHCP option using HEX, it caused a bug to stop the DHCP server.  They are working on that issue.  Once we removed that option, the DHCP started working.
