Guaranteed bandwith for 1 VLAN

Hi all,
We have an USG 310 with multiple VLAN's. Our internet connection is 200/200.
We have one VLAN that is used for streaming video. We would like to configure the Zyxel to give this VLAN guaranteed 50/50 speed. In BWM I can only see the option to limit bandwith for VLAN's, no way to give a VLAN an guaranteed bandwith. Is this even possible?
