Hi,
GPS rights will be asked later, Gallery rights will be asked later / Take picture, this confuse the setup progress.
Please asked for all rights in begin of setup flow / after installation.

Yes, but you can force Android 7/8 to have a "test app" in the begin after installation done and start GPS once and so on, to give all rights.
