GS1900-8HP Cannot access web management GUI

Hi everyone,

I have recently purchased a GS1900-8HP switch and wanted to update the firmware, but I cannot access its management interface via the browser at 192.168.1.1 ("ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT").

I've connected the switch to my Easybox (192.168.2.1), and my PC (192.168.2.110) to the switch. I can access the Internet, but not the switch itself, and it doesn't show up in the router configuration page under connected devices. 

Does that have something to do with the fact that the other adresses are beginning with 192.168.2.xxx and if so, how do I fix it? Thanks in advance!
