cant sign onto xgs1210-12 on mac

cant sign onto xgs1210-12 on mac its the ip address 192.1.168.3 per the instructions.  And yes, the IP address is not being used anywhere else on my home network.

    The correct IP is supposed to be 192.168.1.3 as default.
