HTTPS NOT ANSWER

Hello all
From the middle of december, i have a big problem to get the https website. I always need to reload the page, over and over. I am located  in Macau.
I already try to set all the dns, from local from isp  to google, cloudfare, opendns, cisco. All same situation.
Any of you have the same problem? if yes, how did you solve it?

    Hello. I have a zywall 1100 ,zywall 110 and vpn1000 . They are connected each one with a different modem and different line. browser is cusrimized, Emily is working on it of other problem, now solved. Browser i try , chrome, firefox, edge,opera, safari  in mac and iphone. Actually i not think the problem is in the vpn equipment,  but in the dns of the isp. I post here, becuse  maybe someone had my same problem in macau, and know how to fix.
