This is a bit shady case. Had it now twice.. 3 mo back last time.
So, without any errors or anything in log.. when logging wall traffic for outward connection all is forwarded ok.
But basically no internet (http/https). VPN:s and other types of connections woks just fine.
Last time end up rebuilding all again -> works again.
Now enabled Fast Forwarding (just the hech of it).. that say that it will "reset all connections" [OK] -> all works again. Even when taking that feature off.
Is there anywhere [Button] that can be used to do the same "reset all connections" if getting this condition again?

    Hi @Pekka,

    Can you share some information with us;

    1- Do you mean sometimes your device pass traffics, but can't access to websites using HTTP/HTTPs protocols?

    2- Which firmware version is currently running on USG20-VPN?

    3- Does that issue still exist?

    4- If it still exist, how often it occurs?

    5- Can you ping the 8.8.8.8 IP address when this issue occurs?

    Best regards.

    Hi,
    1. Some pages opened some didn't. Most pages not. Did not fiqured out common factors for those that did not opened. Some pages opened partially, no images for example.
    2. Should be latest : V4.62(ABAQ.0) / 2021-01-19 11:00:10
    3. No. After that "reset all connections" all works again. But this was second time that this occurred.
    4. If remember correctly last time December. Then end up rebuilding all again..
    5. Did not tried.. Google.com did not opened though. Will try next time.
    Thanks!

    Hi @Pekka,

    Can you share some information with us;

    1-    Do you experience this issue with specific Web Browser or all of them has the same issue?

    2-    Had you set any proxy server on your browsers/system?

    3-    Did you apply Content Filter profile to Policy Control rule? If so, can you try to test this symptom for same website by disabling Content Filter profile for that rule?

    4-    Can you try to increase amount of session in the Configuration > Security Policy > Session Control > Default Session Per host menu ?

    Best regards.
