Hi all.
I´m trying to configure stacking with 2 XGS2210-28HP. Some manuals explain this procedure (https://support.zyxel.eu/hc/en-us/articles/360003664580-How-to-configure-stacking-for-switch-high-server-availability- ), but I can´t start switches in stack mode.
This switch have 24 ports and 4 sfp+ ports. I can´t manage 2 last, 27 and 28. I undertund that port 28 would be to "open" stack, but this port don´t work. In port 26 (the last por that I can manage, stack don´t up.
Someone can I help me? How can I manage port 27 and 28?
Thank you

    Hi @Jose_Manuel,

    Welcome to Zyxel support!

According your description "I can´t start switches in stack mode ",
is this mean you can't active stacking mode?
Because it looks like you have already active stacking mode on switch.

When we use stacking mode, the last two ports(port 27 and 28 here) are used for stacking,
so we won't see or manage these ports.

    Hope it helps.

I have already solved this question. I was trying with 1GB SFP port. But stacking works only with sfp+ port. I did not read this information in any manual, but it is included in the datasheet

    Hi @Jose_Manuel,

    Good day.

We have mention the last two ports are reserved for stacking only on our handbook.
You can see the screenshot below which is captured from our handbook,

You also can check it on the link below, it is on page 105:

    Hope it helps.
