I'm doing this by the GUI what commands are you using?

The WAX510D is controlled by USG60W with its own profile and radio.

    Hi @PeterUK

The commands are in the post on April 27 for you to apply on AP by ssh into AP directly.

If your expectation of the AP is to use 40MHz to provide services at 2.4G, you can use the command to disable-coexistence after configure channel width to 40MHz.

    Router# configure terminal

    Router(config)# wlan-radio-profile default

    Router(config-wlan-radio default)# dot11n-disable-coexistence

    dev.wifi1.dcs_manual_ch = 1 0

    Router(config-wlan-radio default)# exit

    Router(config)# write

After commands take effect, AP can keep service in channel width 40MHz of radio 2.4GHz even your environment has legacy device.

    Regards,

    Bella

    I get as far as:
    wlan-radio-profile WAX510D_2G
    dot11n-disable-coexistence
in configure terminal the rest shows as errors your going to have to guide me as this all should work by GUI.

The buggy V6.20(ABTF.0) with the trick got me to 40MHz no longer with V6.25(ABTF.1)

    Hi @PeterUK

Because of your help on this topic, we can find the bug that radio 2.4GHz coexistence not working after reboot and fix in the firmware V6.25.

As we said before, for legacy client that only supports 20MHz can connect to 2.4GHz SSID without compatible problem in normal case. The behavior of coexistence is a must so commands are just for the user who ensures devices can connect to AP without problem in the environment.

Would you please capture a screenshot of error message?

    Thank you

    Regards,

    Bella

I have now rolled back to V6.20(ABTF.0) to get 40MHz on 2.4G working and opened a case with support.zyxel.eu #258994

Well the dot11n-disable-coexistence does work so case closed but why does NWA1123-AC HD work at 40MHz without needing that setting is what bugs me...
