Hi Acme,you have registered the device atAfter registration you have to add the license keys with "service registration" in the left menue.If you have all licenses added, you can link the license with the registered device. the update after you have finished the registration can take 24h before you see the activation on the local USG at the customer site.If you have proble with the licenseing, please raise a ticket at zyxel in your country to get phone / remote support assistance.Rgards
