Redirect Web Traffic UAG4100

Hello,
in a UAG4100, that has several devices connected, would it be possible to redirect all the traffic of the users, on a scheduled time, to a web page? After the device connected open the page once, he will be able to surf on other web pages.
I am thinking if it can be done with advertising and web auth rules.
For example if everyday between 11 and 12 i would remind the people connected to a specific wi-fi that there is a special meeting.
But it seems that I can not use web auth to point to an advertising page.

    It's unable to do something like that on gateway. Outlook calendar would be a better approach to notify users.
