It seem max value is 365 days, you can set 365 first then used "admin" log in again.Router# configure terminalRouter(config)# pwd-expiry expiration days 365Router(config)# writeRouter(config)#0
-
I did the above via CLI and try to login 'admin' still failed with below screen capture.0
-
Now I cannot CLI via Putty to my USG60, no matter I use 'admin' or 'adminbkup' / the Putty DOS box just closed after I typed in password. Believed I have to wait for another "timeout" period and re-try again.
Any further advice from support on my scenario?0 -
In addition, can I use WebUI to set the expiration period? Can I change 'admin' password directly on the WebUI - configure - object - Group/User so as to bypass the expired password prompt?0

Just a curiosity, this scenario happened after firmware upgrade to v4.70 (for USG60). Is it something to do with this level of firmware?

Yes, there's a way to disable the password expiry, AFAIK selectively.

I don't quite understand what do you mean by AF AIK selectively.0

Kevin, how can I DISABLE the password expiry option? I prefer to have its admin password NEVER expired. Now I can access WebUI via my admin by forcing the previously logged in (engaged) admin user.0
