GS1900-8HP - A phantom firmware
Options
During usual trip-check for upgrades and fixes, I stumbled upon unexpected scenario.
My GS1900-8HP switch have 2.70 P0 firwmare. It's up since 230 days, needed a nice reboot "just in case of". And while rebooting, i found that the latest firmware available on support site is... 2.60 P4.
What on earth happened?
It's still the wave after the first hiccup (autologoff) and second hiccup (PoE not working as intended) ?

Hi @mMontana
The 2.70 P1 firmware is temporarily removed due to a potential PoE stability issue. The switch will stop providing power to the Powered devices and it can only be recovered by re-enabling all of the PoE ports to regain services.PS: This patch is still available by request for the customer who has concerns about the reported vulnerability issue in this link.Zyxel Melen
