Problem ssl vpn client

Good morning,

on an atp 500, firmware V5.30 (ABFU.0), i configured a ssl vpn connection.

On the various PCs I have installed the ZyWALL SecuExtender client.

It happens on many stations that at a first connection everything works, in subsequent connections it is not possible to connect in vpn. Uninstalling ZyWALL SecuExtender and reinstalling the problem is solved momentarily and then recurs.

Update to latest 5.31 lab firmware your device.

"last" means 4.72 or lab version WK35?

meanwhile, thanks for the support.

Actually I was already at the latest version, and I tried a downgrade to version V5.30 to temporarily resolve the reported problem.

In any case, by upgrading to version V5.31 (ABFU.0) I encounter a significant loss of ping packets to the PCs on the network ...

The same tests made with a vpn system other than Zyxel, I do not lose ping packets on the same pc / server stations.

Hi @Pietro,

The forum firmware link https://community.zyxel.com/en/discussion/14038/zld-v5-31wk31-firmware-release#latest firmware is newer than download library.
Both are different version. You could update to latest firmware to test it again.
