unable to update service on USG40

hi,

i try to update license service on my usg40.

When i click on "service license refresh" nothing is happening.
after investigating i noticed that the router does not resolve and ping any addresses.
I have already set the google dns on the page to dns forward wan1 but nothing changes.

on the lan side all clients browse and resolve names.

    Welcome to Zyxel community. Is there any error log at Monitor > Log > View Log when you filter category myZyXEL.com?
