GS1920-24HPv2 - 4.80 Firmware: How Firmware/Configuration go together?
Hello,
after I have updated today to 4.80 FIrmware I have seen some optical changes in the UI.
My question today is: I have two configurations but only Config 2 is the "good" config for me. Where can I see which firmware is running in Config 2?
The currently running config is Config 2, which can be seen under Maintenance → Reboot System.
But where can I see, which Firmware is currently running?
Here it can be seen that the new Firmware 4.80 is running. But what I don't understand, how Config 1/2 go together with Firmware 1/2? And: What does Boot Image (Current Boot Image, Config Boot Image?)

Hi @bandchef,
The current running firmware, a.k.a. current boot image, could be checked on the firmware upgrade page.
The firmware is just like the OS version. You can decide which firmware you want to use in the next boot-up. And you can also choose which configuration file you want to use after boot-up.
