In regard to the firmware update process of routers using Device HA Pro

I have been reading the documentation on setting up Device HA Pro and I am looking for some clarification on the correct method to update the firmware of these devices.

The following page clearly states that you should not use the cloud firmware upgrade method, but instead follow this procedure. These are firmware recovery steps.

I just want to be clear . . . are these recovery steps the only method that can be used? Can the devices not be upgraded in the standard way via the GUI?

    The issue was already resolved in firmware 5.30 C0. You can find it in the release note. Hence, you can follow the standard procedure to use cloud firmware update on HA.

    Hi @RSaull

    The issue exists when the running firmware is 5.20.
    Applicable models and versions: USG FLEX 500/700, ATP500/700/800 with ZLD5.20 through ZLD5.21 Patch1.

    If the current running firmware is 5.30 or later versions, just follow the standard procedure to use cloud firmware update on HA.
