IKEv2 with AD integration 2FA

Hello,

I've succesfully set up 2FA on existing IKEv2 or L2TP VPN Connections, but now I want to go further. I have some VPN's with AD integration, but it seems not possible to set up 2FA with it? Or am I'm looking wrong?

Currently, Google Authentication doesn't support external-user.

One of my cliënts now ask specifically for it. Is this still not possible or are there other ways then Google/MS Authenticator? 2FA on IKEv2 with AD Integration through mail is possible? Or anything else?

Maybe thinking in another way before setting up test environment. Is it possible with SSL VPN and AD Integration to set up 2FA?
