Any plans for USG on Nebula?

We have about 20 USG40 and USG60 devices out there at multiple clients. We would love to move over to Nebula, but it looks like the NSG hardware is very similar- too similar in fact to justify replacing the units. Are there any plans for USG to become cloud manageable?
