Port STP blocking
Hello, given that I am now beginning to become familiar with Ethernet networks and Zyxel products and so I could ask a silly question. In our network we have two Switches the first is a GS1920-24HP, on one port of this switch is connected another GS1915-8EP switch. On the primary switch GS1920-24HP, the port to which the secondary switch GS1915-8EP is connected is in a locked state. Is this normal? The network works.

Hi @flavio,
The nebula switch enables RSTP to prevent a loop in the ring topology by default. If your topology is a ring topology, one of the ports will be blocked by RSTP.
If the ring topology is not your expected topology, please check on GS1915-8EP to find the uplink port, which is not connecting to GS1920-24HP, and fix the loop problem. If it is your desired topology, please check this FAQ to configure your switches:
