For the GS1910 series, it's essential to follow a specific upgrade flow. Begin by upgrading your GS1910-24HP to V1.00(AAAY.3) and then to V1.00(AAAY.4). After completing these steps, you'll be able to proceed with the upgrade to the latest V2.00(AAAY.0).
(Reminder: Before initiating the firmware upgrade, ensure to back up your configuration. Upgrading the GS1910-24HP's firmware from V1.00 to V2.00, some configurations will disappear.)
