    Same here – I only see one config, even though I configured to show the standby one.
    Maybe it requires a reboot?

    But I can see the update, so I am gonna give that a try later.

    Thanks. I really couldn't even guess. When you click on firmware status as shown in the image, standby becomes visible.☺️

    or

    cmd firmware boot-number 2

    I have changed boot to 1.10 (ABW.1) official and updated to 1.20

    You have to downgrade to 1.10(ABW.1) and then update 1.20 appears.

    How to downgrade.

    Connect via SSH

    step 1. Show Running and Stanby Firmware

    edit running
gui system standby-firmware-display true
commit
copy running startup

    Step 2

    you to click the following

    Step 3

    Change Running to Stanby firmware.

    cmd firmware boot-number 1

    or

    cmd firmware boot-number 2

    Step 4

    Go to Firmware/File Manager and update.

    LOL😂, silly me I thought hitting check now for firmware update is the way to …..check now for new firmware availability…I'M JUST KIDDING….

    The best of it all wanting to go the "CLI way" (THANKS @ticsystems ). I just pressed check now for fun and…………..the new firmware message showed up for the running partition.

    Anyway installed 1.20 running…let's see

    can anyone of Zyxel update this support page to version 1.20? (it is the table of features comparision between uOS and classic firmware)
