    Hi, basketbros with this answer

Modern email authentication mechanisms are supported by Gmail and Microsoft. Single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) are two technologies made possible by modern authentication that improve security. You may send emails programmatically and authenticate using the Microsoft Graph API. You must register your application in the Azure portal and use the OAuth 2.0 authentication route to receive an access token in order to authenticate.
