XS3800-28 : port RJ45 don't link up

Hi,

I just added an XS3800 to my configuration. I'm trying to connect some machines to ports 17 to 28. No connection signal. However, these same machines connect with the same cable on an XGS2210.

I know that ports 17 to 28 of the XS3800 work because I have tested with other computers that can connect.

Why does this work with some machines and not others?

    I just got it. The problem machines are POE machines. The XGS2210 is POE and the XS3800 is not
