The SecuExtender SSL VPN client version 4.0.5.0 only supports Intel-based Windows 10/11 (32- and 64-bit) operating systems. Please verify if your Surface is running one of these supported systems. If your Surface is using the ARM-based Windows OS, we cannot guarantee compatibility, and this could be the reason the application isn’t launching. You may want to consider using another Windows PC with an Intel processor to run this application.
Additionally, please note that the SecuExtender SSL VPN client 4.0.5.0 has reached its End of Life (EOL) status, and we no longer maintain this product. For more information, you can refer to the official EOL announcement here:
