Hi @sirocawa
OFDMA technology is a key feature of WiFi 6 and is enabled by default on our access points to provide optimal performance. It is not configurable in either standalone mode or Nebula.
Could you please share with us why you are asking about this?

Hey Key!
I dont know why he is asking it.
But id like to know it because my pixel 7 pro and 8 pro is disconnecting from my WLAN (FWA510) every 2-3 Minutes. The Phones are only doing it at home… and its really buggin me.
And in this
Thread from reddit someone suggested to deactivate OFDMA
Thanks!

Hi @kRaL
The disconnection issue you're experiencing with your end devices and the Nebula FWA510 could be caused by several factors. We would like to help you with further troubleshooting to ensure that your Nebula FWA510 is functioning properly.
- Firmware Update: Please make sure your Nebula FWA510 is running the latest firmware version.
- Check Cellular Connection: Verify if the FWA510 is receiving a stable cellular connection. Kindly share a screenshot of the detailed information under Cellular Info. You can find this by navigating to the device's GUI via Homepage > Cellular Info and clicking the “>” button.
- Additional Information: Could you let us know if your mobile router was functioning properly before this issue started? Also, did you make any configuration changes before the issue occurred?

Many other Access Points on the market allow you to disable OFDMA to allow non-wifi6 devices better compatibility. I think this should be added as an option in lieu of only being able to disable wifi-6.

Hi @jpblanch75
Could you please share more details about the compatibility issues you've experienced with your WiFi 6 access point? It would also be helpful to know which model you're using—such as the NWA50AX PRO—and the types of devices or operating systems that seem to have difficulty connecting.
The NWA50AX PRO is compatible with various WiFi standards (IEEE 802.11 ax/ac/n/g/b/a), so it should work smoothly with most WiFi clients. However, additional information on your setup would help us better understand your specific situation and assist you further.
Looking forward to your reply!

Being able to disable OFDMA allows Wifi 5 and Wifi 6 devices to connect to the AP with the most compatibility. This is more important with 2.4ghz devices.

Hi @jpblanch75
Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the OFDMA feature for the NWA50AX PRO.
Regarding your request for an option to disable OFDMA on the AP, I’ve created an idea post for this feature. We'll monitor its comments and votes to evaluate its feasibility.
