At the end…We rebooted the device and now, maybe for a while, it works correctly.

Yup its what I had to do reboot it and it happened again😣 so around 24hr later

We have been unable to reproduce this issue in our test environment with our configuration. To help diagnose the problem, we need direct access to your device through WAN.
Please follow the steps below to set up WAN access, then send the access credentials via private message (click my account > Message).
Steps to configure your device to allow access from Zyxel HQ IP addresses:
118.163.48.105
61.222.75.14

Then providing the device access URL or IP address, login account with admin privilege, login password to us.

it works for me, my Flex200H is up still 2 days

Ok thanks, i sent a private message to you. You should consider that after the reboot i did't see others similar issues
