My NWA130BE will not reconnect to the other NWA130BE

I have two NWA130BEs that have been working well in smart mesh for over a week.
Today I needed to reboot my router. Since then, despite a few attempts to reboot it, the wireless AP is flashing blue then going solid green and repeating.
Please help! I thought I had this setup well.
