I can't configure the Zywall VPN 300 for VPN L2TP

The port forwarding config is made on ISP Router and i have made that NAT Rule also

I don't think is wrong if the message is received and the only thing that stops is because of a proposal mismatch, and the key group is the same.0

As your environment, WAN interface of VPN300 is public IP address.
So port forwarding on ISP router is unnecessary.
It’s good to know your issue has resolved.
