Hi there,

sorry about my English, it's not my mother language.

I can't ping via IPv6, here are some Screenshot.

IPv6-Adress from ISP at VLAN-Port:

IPv6-Adress at GE4-Port:

Here the result from Network Tool from the ATP500:

And another result, ping via IPv6-Address and interfaces:

Here the Config-Part for the interface VLAN1 (from ISP):

When I try to use SLAAC, I don't become a IPv6 from my ISP.

Here my DHCP-Setting for the local network:

With this setting, my clients become a IPv6-Adress from the ATP500.

Can anyone help me, that I can use IPv6 at the ATP500?

    Hi @sirsalomon

According to this screen shot, it looks VLAN interface did not get IPv6 gateway from ISP.

What IP address ISP provided to you?

Please use CLI command to show IPv6 routing status:

Router# debug system ipv6 route show

And capture the packets on VLAN interface for few seconds.

It should have IP detail info in “Router Advertisement” (RA) packets.

    Hi @sirsalomon

It looks your VLAN interface did not receive default gateway from ISP device.

Can you capture the packets on VLAN interface for few mins.

It should have “Router Advertisement” packets sent from your gateway, and ATP will learn it.

    Hi @sirsalomon

Did you enabled “SLAAC” in ge4 interface?

If yes, please disable it and check if IPv6 connection is worked or not.

    Hi Stanley,

SLAAC is and must be disable :)
