Is it possible to only whitelist one (WAN) IP address to connect through NAT (RDP) connection? If yes, can somebody add a How-to?

You can follow FAQ to setup port forwarding rule for incoming traffic to RDP server first.

In policy control rule, you can allow specific source IP address to access to your RDP server.
