GS1900-8HP: Serial Numbers go missing via CLI and HTTP ?

I'm hoping there is a fix to this. GS1900-8HP, (non-ncc), is not displaying its serial number via CLI nor HTTP.

Model Name:GS1900-8HP
Revision:B1
Device Firmware: V2.80(AAHI.0) | 10/16/2023
As well as:
Device Firmware: V2.90(AAHI.1) | 03/04/2025

Upgraded & Downgraded between V2.90 & v2.80. What is strange, first noticed this on v2.40 then upgraded to v2.70>v2.80 then v2.90.

Factory Default also does not resolve this.
Any suggestions or known solutions?

Unable to find any historical info on this matter.
3x units acting the same.

    This issue requires special method to fix. Please contact your sales or resaler to submit RMA request.

    In addition, this issue only occurs on certain devices and does not affect network usage.
