I can’t change my device ip address.

in Switch
I configure a static ip for device, but after i press apply button, the ip address still is the default one.

Which device are you talking about? Try using ZON Utility?

We need more info please firmware device model
It might be that the IP you set is in use by another device and the switch detects this?

- What is the specific product model and firmware version of your switch?
- Are you managing the switch in Standalone mode or through the Nebula cloud?
- If possible, could you please provide a video recording (using the Jam extension in Edge)?
