For any "base" object (one that you can built on, like addresses or services) there should be at least two templates:

a blank one, for filling up with necessary data
a "export" one, with all the data already present into the object list.

While importing the information, rename, skip or overwrite should be possible operation.
For any import operation, a log with "what and why" something happened (imported or rejected and why).

Any row on both tables (imported and present) should have a primary key that could allow univocal identification of the row on both tables.
