USG FLEX 50W on new 5.42.1 became fully unresponsive (don't reboot by watchdog) after inserting 3G USB Modem (ZXIC Incorporated MTS Mobile Boardband). Helps only manual poweroff.

On 5.38 device work fine with this modem.

    Hi @alexey ,

Your 3G USB Modem is not on our supported device list. We can only guarantee compatibility with the 3G dongles included on that list. We recommend purchasing a CPE with a supported dongle, these are listed at 3G Dongle Document on this link:

    i already read dongle compability.
but why device hangs with connected unsupported device, instead this show "no connected device message"?
and via 2-3 reboots, device start work with modem, and hangs after 20-40 minutes of work.
and 5.38 work perfect with it.

    Hi @alexey ,

The compatibility model list includes models that we have fully tested and can guarantee compatibility for. For other models, we do not restrict usage; however, we are unable to guarantee compatibility.

Your modem may work well with version 5.38 but not with 5.42, possibly because it is not fully compatible with some of the new features or configurations introduced in 5.42. So, we recommend using a CPE with a supported dongle.
