USG60 channel reservation and balancing

Good day to all. Tell me, how is reservation and balancing on two WAN-interfaces configured on this device? It is necessary when the first WAN-interface disappears, automatic transition to the second WAN, and vice versa. Earlier I had USG 35, everything was simple and clear ..)
