Non working links in the download site, plus broken links proposed by Tobi

I was looking for firmware of humble GS1200-8HPv3; the support site provides a link for a recently released (may 2026) version, but the link is broken, only older versions can be retrieved https://download.zyxel.com/GS1200-8HPv3/firmware/GS1200-8HPv3_1.00(ACPV.3)C0.zip

When trying to submit the problem via Tobi, the AI/Bot recommended to visit more broken links, like

https://support.zyxel.eu/hc/en-us/articles/4410537865234-Zyxel-Support-Portal-and-RMA-How-to-contact-technical-support-or-execute-an-RMA

I think the whole experience has a lot of room for improvement.

    Regarding the GS1200-8HPv3 firmware version 1.00(ACPV.3): we identified a problem with this release shortly after it went live, so it has been taken down from the download site as an emergency measure. Our team is currently working on a fix, and we will update this thread and notify users as soon as the corrected version is available. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    As for the broken links suggested by Tobi — thank you for flagging this as well. We appreciate the heads-up and will get those corrected on our end.
