GS1200 8HP v3 unable to upgrade firmware

Hi,

I just bough the GS1200-8HP v3 and was looking to upgrade my firmware. I am currently on V1.00(ACPV1.0)C0.

If i am not mistaken there is a recent new firmware V1.00(ACPT.4)C0. If i download the zip file, extract the files (.bin), go to the management page of the switch, and start the firmware update proces. After direction it to the correct filepath after a few seconds I get an errot message saying "firmware check error!".

How to upgrade this device with the new firmware? Using the One Network Utility results in an similair message that the firmware update has failed.

    The "firmware check error" you are encountering is due to a mismatch between the firmware file you downloaded and your specific switch model.

    The firmware version V1.00(ACPT.4)C0 is designed for the non-PoE model (GS1200-8 v3). Since your device is the PoE model (GS1200-8HP v3), it requires the firmware build starting with ACPV.
