My USGFlex200H is blocking SMB. The old USGFlex200 passed SMB.

I can't successfully create a rule that permits SMB (TCP/UDP, I forget the ports). Why would the USGFlex200H be blocking this by default, it has disconnected our Macintosh computers from the Windows Server (Yes, it is in the security log as blocked). Can someone help me with this? Thank you.
