NWA130BE will Not Switch from nebula to standalone

According to the instructions, you’re supposed to hold down the reset button for 10 seconds to switch back to standalone mode. I’ve now tried this at least 10 times, but Nebula mode keeps coming back on after the restart.

What am I doing wrong?

    Hi @matradix ,

    When an access point is registered in the Nebula Control Center (NCC), performing a physical factory reset will only temporarily clear its settings. As soon as the AP boots up and establishes an internet connection, it will automatically connect back to the Nebula cloud, download its cloud configuration, and switch back to Nebula mode.
