upgrading to 1.39 my 700h is not working as well as it used to

I thought it was a WiFi issue as browsing became a little sluggish and my access points had new firmware update as the same time.
I do a speed test on my phone and it usually fails first time, second attempt it will start and then fail. Third attempt it will complete but it’s up and down like a yoyo.
Web browsing is similar sometimes zippy other times sluggish.

Hi JimboJames,
Have you tried to use a PC via LAN and retry the speedtest?
In this way you can exclude wifi issues.

Hi @JimboJames,
Could you please share your AP model, current firmware version (after the update), and management mode (e.g., AP controller mode or Nebula mode)?
Also, are the connectivity issues only affecting clients connected via Wi-Fi, or are all devices connected to the firewall (wired connection) experiencing slow speeds? It would be very helpful if you could describe your speed test procedure in more detail.
As for the firewall, please follow the steps in this post to download the diagnostic file:

thanks for the reply and setting up this thread for me.
I’m using wbe660s x 3 and all updated the other week to the latest firmware.
I noticed the problems first on WiFi as use those the most but also experience a delay in doing a speed test on my laptop when it is hardwired. It takes a few attempts to find a server and carry out the test using the Speedtest app by zoopla. I use this on both my iPhone and MacBook Pro and both experiencing the same problems.
I’ve tried taking diagnostic logs on my USG Flex700h but it just doesn’t seem to collect them for me using my MacBook Pro and safari browser. I press collect it starts but when I stop it no file is saved.I’ve had some dialogue with Nebula support over this issue but it hasn’t been resolved so every time I’m asked to take a diagnostic log I can’t.
My firewall, switches and ap’s are all controlled by nebula

Hi @JimboJames
,I checked your previous ticket, and our support team responded as follows:
"Have you tried temporarily disabling the UTM services (such as Content Filtering and SSL Inspection)?
Additionally, please review your Session Control configuration, as our review of the logs within past 24 hours indicates that sessions have reached their maximum limit. Since modern web browsing and multi-threaded speed tests generate a high volume of parallel connections, hitting this limit can cause slow page loading, high latency, and failed speed tests."May I ask if you have tried temporarily disabling the UTM services (such as Content Filtering and SSL Inspection) and running the speed test?
