Bit of trouble with the FLEX 200 when from 5.43(ABUI.0) to 5.45(ABUI.0) dead!

The thing alive is com3 I reset to defaults can't ARP 192.168.1.1 have tried this still no go

well that was strange I have have V5.43(ABUI.0) back on line and it shows
Boot Status
Previous firmware update failed!
but is was odd that my PC could not get to 192.168.1.1 but another PC could but my PC had a spare NIC for 192.168.1.0/24 not overlap subnets as I leave 192.168.1.0/24 for recovery so only thing I did was reboot its connected switch and now my PC can see FLEX 200.
So…let try the update again… and now its on V5.45(ABUI.0)!
maybe long uptime caused a bad firmware update?
