i am looking for the right firewall model from the usg series - network 100 user and additionally 20 vpn user, internet access 60mbit sym.

The UGS60 only has 5 SSL VPN or 40 IPSec VPN without Subscription and 20 SSL VPN with a Subscription.

A ZyWALL_110 has 25 SSL VPN without Subscription and the new ZyWALL VPN100 which will likely replace that has 30.

So the USG60 if using IPSec VPN will be fine right out the box but if you plan on using the SSL VPN you need a Subscription.
