GEO-ip database update problem.

We have 2 Zywall 310 devices. Both have a CF license activated. Firmware versions are the same.

In this case, one device updates the GEO-IP data normally, while the other does not update.

When updating manually, the following error appears.

Geo-IP country database version 20190904 download has failed

Auto-update also does not work.

In this case, the IDP/AppPatrol signatures are updated normally on both devices.

    THANKS- Problem was in limited ISP connection.

    I got the same issue on ZyWALL 110 and talked with zyxel support last week.

    The zyxel Support told me it is confirmed as a bug on the Geo IP update server and the issue is planned to be fixed in November.

    So let's wait for the fix.?

    Zyxel support just told me the issue on the Geo IP update server is fixed.

    The database is able to be updated to the latest version successfully.

    Try to update the database on your zywall310.

    There is still an error on 1 device.

    The problem is only with updating the GEO-IP database.

    In this case, IDP/APP Patrol updates occur normally.
